1. Translation of Words

- “User”, “You”, or “Customer” means any person or business accessing this Website or making a purchase.
- “Products” means household products and accessories available for sale on the Website.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use this Site and complete
- Account Accuracy: If you open an account, you are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate and protecting your password.
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to close accounts, refuse to provide services, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if there is suspicion of fraud.
- Currency: All prices listed on the Website are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing/Description Errors: We strive to ensure that images and descriptions of home products and accessories are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all descriptions are completely error-free.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without prior notice.
- Acceptance of Order: Your order represents an intention to purchase. The contract becomes formal only when you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via:
- M-Pesa (STK Push / Paybill / Till Number)
- Bank Cards ( Visa / Mastercard )
- Cash on Delivery (CoD) – This is available within Nairobi only .
- Payment Confirmation: For orders outside Nairobi, items will only be shipped after full payment has been confirmed and received.
- Our Reach: We distribute products throughout Kenya through our shipping partners.
- Delivery Time: The delivery time shown at checkout is an estimate only. We will not be responsible for product delays caused by shipping company challenges or adverse weather conditions.
- Product Damage: Responsibility for product safety transfers to you once the products are delivered to your chosen address or picked up by the customer.
- Return Period: Customers have the right to request a return of the product within 2 to 7 days from the date of receipt, depending on the criteria and valid reason for returning the product in question.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs (delivery fees) for returning or exchanging products will be paid by the customer. Initial delivery costs are not refundable.
- Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Products: Some beauty products, personal accessories, or opened and used products cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
- Refund Time: Valid refunds will be sent via the same payment method used within 3 to 5 business days after the product has been received and inspected by our team.
- All content on this Website—including logos, text, product images, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Teamsmart households & accessories and is protected by Kenyan copyright laws.
- Your personal data is protected with the utmost confidentiality.
- In accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 , your information will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling orders, processing payments, and improving our services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Teamsmart households & accessories shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of the Website or its products.
